Waltzing Matilda USA seeks a determined Office Administrator to join its continuously growing team in King of Prussia, PA. The Office Administrator will manage and maintain production and sales while learning the inner workings of a USA-made company.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Process and fulfill online orders through Shopify & ShipStation
  • Maintain website and create custom links through Shopify
  • Provide customer service for new and existing online customers and wholesale accounts – answer product questions, provide solutions for customer needs, process returns/exchanges, etc.
  • Schedule marketing plans through social media and Mailchimp based on current events and product promotions
  • Generate detailed purchase orders with factory for sandals & accessories
  • Pack & ship small product orders

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the WM brand
  • Marketing & production experience preferred
  • Experience with Shopify website platform preferred

Availability:

20 hours per week
