Waltzing Matilda USA seeks a determined Office Administrator to join its continuously growing team in King of Prussia, PA. The Office Administrator will manage and maintain production and sales while learning the inner workings of a USA-made company.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process and fulfill online orders through Shopify & ShipStation
- Maintain website and create custom links through Shopify
- Provide customer service for new and existing online customers and wholesale accounts – answer product questions, provide solutions for customer needs, process returns/exchanges, etc.
- Schedule marketing plans through social media and Mailchimp based on current events and product promotions
- Generate detailed purchase orders with factory for sandals & accessories
- Pack & ship small product orders
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the WM brand
- Marketing & production experience preferred
- Experience with Shopify website platform preferred
20 hours per week
