Where Waltzing Matilda USA ships:

- International shipping is unavailable at this time
Shipping rates for deliveries within the USA are calculated based on the value of your order.
Waltzing Matilda USA orders automatically ship via standard ground shipping. Merchandise that does not require a lead-time for making, may be expedited with the following additional rates.
Saturday delivery is not available with Next Day or 2nd Day services. If Saturday delivery is required, please contact email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the USA.
An email notification will be sent once a shipment leaves Waltzing Matilda USA and will contain a tracking number for reference.
Orders become customer’s responsibility once the shipment leaves Waltzing Matilda USA’s shipping facility.
Signatures are required on all shipments with a value of $500 or more.
Waltzing Matilda USA will gladly accept returns/exchanges of merchandise, except Final Sale and custom items, that are in their original condition and have not been worn or altered. All original tags must be attached. Footwear will be accepted only if returned in the original condition and in undamaged packaging. Custom footwear is not eligible for returns. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 days for the return to be processed. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS, SALE MERCHANDISE, MONOGRAMMED PRODUCT AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
All custom sandal shop orders are final sale. Waltzing Matilda USA reserves the right to extend production time and/or cancel orders if minimums are not met. Notification is via email to the address provided when submitting the order. We assume no responsibility for such extensions/cancellations or email notification failure.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving order, indicating:
- Item to be returned or exchanged
- Reason for return or exchange
- Replacement item requested for exchange
- Customer contact information from original order
2. Upon receipt of email, Waltzing Matilda USA will check availability for exchange or will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without an RA #. Please mark RA # clearly on the outside of the box to be returned.
3. Shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid at the time of shipment. Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Using any trackable, insured shipping method, please ship returns within 5 days of receiving an RA # with a copy of the original receipt to the following address:

4. Please note, returns that do not meet the 5 day requirement for requesting an RA# will only be considered for on-line store credit/exchange and no refund will be given.
5. Upon receipt, the returned merchandise will be processed. Waltzing Matilda USA reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If the return/exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
6. If processing an exchange, the new item will be shipped immediately upon stock availability. An e-mail notification will be sent once the exchange has been processed and shipped.
7. If processing a return, please allow up to 7 business days, at which time an e-mail notification will be sent that the return has been processed and a refund has been issued through the original form of payment.
In the unlikely event that a defective or incorrect item is received, please contact email@example.com within 5 days of receipt. Waltzing Matilda USA will gladly replace or take back the item. Please follow the Return Instructions above, noting the defect or incorrect item, and all shipping charges will be reimbursed.
Missing packages must be reported within 14 days of shipment notification in order to investigate and replace the order.

Waltzing Matilda USA prices shown are in US dollars and are exclusive of taxes. Appropriate sales tax will be charged on orders shipped within the United States based on shipment destination. Tax is applied to taxable products only and not to shipping charges.
